Who would have guessed that one of your childhood toys could be so effective at getting rid of your love handles? This is great for those moms out there as it is something you can do with the kids and still work that body.
Stand with your feet apart and arms raised high. Now use your stomach muscles to keep that hula hoop from falling to the ground. This doesn't even feel like exercise but boy is it effective!
